Bridgette Opoku-Sarkodie. CEO
Bridgette Opoku-Sarkodie is a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for achieving and exceeding set goals in her organization. She has a passion for real estate development, finance, retail growth, and expansion in the insurance industry.
Bridgette is currently the Chief executive officer of Revealedtruth Properties Limited, a premier real estate development company currently developing the Diaspora City Project. She is also the Head of Alternative distribution channels at Star Assurance Company, one of the largest insurance companies in Ghana.
Bridgette holds a BSc. in Agriculture from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) as well as perusing an MBA in Project Management Ghana Institute of Management and Administration (GIMPA). She holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance Studies from CII UK and is a Chartered member of the institute. She has a Diploma in Insurance Studies from the Malta International Training Institute (MITC).
Bridgette has a keen interest in sales, marketing, and business acquisition and is driven by acquiring businesses and developing products and services in the Banking, real estate and insurance in Ghana.
Charles Amonoo. COO
Charles is a seasoned manager and business services and management professional with competencies spanning business management, business start-up and development, entrepreneurship and business coaching, technical assistance and training, Web and IT solutions, business and academic research, development projects monitoring and evaluation and training in microfinance, performance management, customer service, data analysis, SPSS, Nvivo and other data analyses software. Charles has worked with several business in various sectors over the years providing them with value adding and turnaround business solutions.
He attended- Ebenezer SHS, GSTS, KNUST in Ghana and University of Antwerp and University of Hasselt in Belgium. He holds an MA in Development Evaluation and Management and an MBA in Business Development and Management. He has a professional chartered manager qualification with CMI-UK
Currently Charles consults for MBC Africa as the BDF Manager and serves as business coach on the business development programs.
Ezekial Fiifi Koomson
Ruben Opoku-Sarkodie is a proficient engineer with thirteen (13) years of experience in facilities/maintenance management, engineering projects and material management in the Mining and Oil/Gas industries. He is effective at multi-tasking and working under pressure to accomplish overall objectives of his organization.
Ruben is currently the Project and Facilities Officer for Revealedtruth Properties Limited, a premier real estate development company currently developing the Diaspora City Project. He is also the Loading Master of Ghana Petroleum Mooring Systems, an open-access fuel import terminal in Tema servicing bulk distribution companies and Tema Oil Refinery.
Ruben holds a BSc. In Mechanical Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). He is also trained in Six Sigma Green Belt by Edupristine and Reliability Centered Maintenance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Individual payment options to be available to the Diasporas interested in the project include,
• Outright purchase of the property by any member of the Diaspora who is capable and willing to take such an option.
• Tranche-Payment in which the buyer pays in four installments of 35:35:20:10; over the construction period of the project.
• Third option which is the most popular is to create mortgage on the properties selected by individual Diaspora. Under this option a primary mortgage banks are appointed to off-take the houses on behalf of the interested persons, then create a mortgage payment plan for the allotted to serve. The option paves way for long tenure and secured possession.”
